  • Reduction of weight loss : nebulisation prevents drying of the meat caused by the cold. By maintening a constant level of humidity, it reduces water loss and thus weight, especially at the start.
  • Savings in handling : with the system, no protective films are required during selling time. It enables the butcher to prepare the cut in advance without the need to film at the time of cutting.
  • Integration with existing furniture : the Humiditrad® system is perfectly integrated in your cold furniture and does not involve heavy work. The central fogging and filtration system are housed in the window. The mist is pratically invisible.
  • Preservation of products' integrity : the Humiditrad® nebulisation process avoids oxidation and changes of colour in pre-sliced products.
